Trae Carl Wareham, our son!!

On December 27th 2008, at 2:31 pm, the newest member of our family was brought into the world. His name is Trae (Pronounced Tray) Carl Wareham. The middle name comes after Kellee's Grand-dad Carl James Edgell who passed away in June of 2006. And the first name is English, but with a different spelling, that means Three, because Trae is the third member of our family. Kinda korny I know but hey thats who we are! Trae weighed 7 pounds 12 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. Below are some photos of Trae on his first day with us.
Here we go!!!
One proud Poppa!
For being so amazing I bought Kellee a new Bulova watch. The rest of these pictures are just those that I took of our new son.

We are so blessed to have this little miracle in our lives. We know that our lives will never be the same again, but we wouldn't have it any other way.

Shout out to my Buddy!!!!

Jordan is an amazing man! Proof you ask? I have proof. Not in pictures sadly (because the camera is like always in the car).

Jordan scrapes off my car every morning, even for the days that I might not leave the house, he goes out gets the snow off my car. For example: This morning I was babysitting our friends baby, so instead of sleeping in for the first time in a long time Jordan goes outside in shorts and tennis shoes to fulfill the daily routine of snow removal, it was a very funny site! I looked for the camera I swear. What an amazing man right?!??

I am completely in love with this man and am SO grateful to be sealed to my best friend for time and all eternity. The poor guy puts up with my 'Honey can I have a glass of water?' at 11pm even though my side of the bed is closer to the kitchen. Today he had to be at work at noon and by 3 o'clock I had already called him twice just because I was bored and wanted him to know that I love him. Yes I am truly annoying, but somehow he still loves me and puts up with me every single day.

Honey, I love you and miss you! Right now you are closing up the bank and will soon be on your way home. Yep driving home, very slowly because of all the snow or probably just to have a few more moments without me, your crazy wife. I love you very very much and will someday be back to my wonderful old self, who I promise will not call you far too many times. Thank you for being my best friend! You're my Favorite!!!

What's new with us

This is finals week at BYU-Idaho and Jordan is practically a ghost around here. He is up every morning long before the sun is shinning. Goes to school, comes home changes for work and after work goes straight to school for group projects and more studying. This is one very busy man.

I, on the other hand have started hunkering down and getting the house ready for the baby to arrive. Monday was my first official day of Mat Leave and I am loving being home and feeling like a real home maker, but I hate not bringing in any money. So starting tomorrow I am going to 'clean check' off campus apartments for BYU. I make sure that the kids did all the cleaning they were signed up to do. It's very exciting and busy work. I'll be doing it until Saturday afternoon, but can't wait!!!

Then next week Jordan is free from school and we get to spend some wonderful couple time before the baby comes.

News on the Babe: The doctor has me scheduled to be induced on January 2nd. Hospital policy changes as off 2009 and they will no longer preform inductions on holidays. But that's fine because we are going to try all the little tricks we can find to see if this little guys will come closer to the 1st then the 3rd. So if you have any advice we'd love to here it.

People keep asking me when my due date is and they are all shocked to find out it's New Years. And that means a great big shout out to Mom and her mom for the wonderful genetics they have given me! Gotta love looking 7 months preggo when you're actually 9. Thank You Thank You Thank You! But a big fat 'What on earth were you THINKING?' to the doctor that delivered me! I am blessed with an outy belly button. I always felt very special and unique for having it, but now that this kiddo is close to 7 pounds and still likes to move around, even though there isn't enough room, I have 3 little stretch marks that should not be there. I am constantly making little hissing sounds because it hurts oh so much when he stretches. My advice? Tell your doctor that if he gives any of your daughters an outy belly button that he had better come up with a way for them to not be in pain when they start having kids and their little babe tries to have a good ole stretch. Sorry for the rant, but now you have something to think about when your next one comes along.
