Model Pose
Kind of a smile...
I put some in those Eyeball goodie bags for my neighbors!
Don't judge the next picture. I haven't been sleeping
The Recipe:
9 cups of Chex (name or off brand and any flavor)
1 cup of Semi-sweet Chocolate chips (I us a mix of half chocolate chips and half butterscotch chips)
1/2 cup of Peanut Butter
1/4 cup(or 4 Tbs.) of Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 to 2 cups Powdered Sugar
In a microwave safe bowl combine chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter (I don't mix it together yet). Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and add vanilla and microwave for another 30 seconds. In a separate BIG bowl add 4 1/2 cups of Chex. Pour half of the chocolate mixture over and stir until well coated. Pour into a 1 gallon baggie, then add powdered sugar. Zip and shake it on up! Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
