Blood Oranges

this morning was a long morning
Trae woke up at 6, but I didn't get him until 6:30
he was promptly changed & given a bowl of cereal
i turned on Playhouse Disney for him
i got into the shower because i had an appointment at 8 & J showers at seven
by the time the shower is done J is watching t.v. with Trae
i make Trae an omelet for breakfast
J gets in trouble because it is 7:15 & hasn't shower
i challenge him to a wrestling match & Trae helps me TRIUMPH
7:55 everyone is out the door & on our way
8:30after my appointment
I run home to get library stuff & a Target gift card
Trae & i run to target to use the gift card
he melts down the second i put the box of mac n' cheese in the cart because he wants some
he settles for fruit snacks instead
i LOVE Blood Oranges!!!!
they don't have any
No one does!!

this day has officially redeemed its self
(remember Trae threw a fit. i never let that happen. stupid time change!!!)
10 am home
put away groceries (TC is a BIG help)
get a snack ready for TC
10:30 start White Chicken Chili
(yep i made the recipe up as i went along)
11 put Trae down for a nap
count my many many blessings
like:
the $20 giftcard from Target (i got it from the store just for being preggo back when i was)
my BEAUTIFUL home
my HOTT husband
Trae loves me ;)
&
many many more

this week is looking to be a good one
