J has always wanted a dog. He had MANY growing up.
I had one for many years and one for a few years.
We LOVE dogs, I have never wanted a dog that is only indoors.
So I always said "we can have a dog when all of our children and born and toilet trained."
Since this past summer J has asked me like 15 times a month if we can have a dog. I would LOVE one!!! Especially because TC LOVES them and is no longer allergic.

We can have a dog. BUT
the new fence MUST be up
and it CAN NOT, let me repeat CAN NOT be a boxer!!!! (i don't like them)
We can go to the pets store to find one.
I like them big, but it MUST be a puppy.
Oh and since I ALWAYS take care of the poop of our offspring you will take care of the poop of our dog (every morning!).
And lastly, I want to name it. Because we all know I am AMAZING at naming.
Do you accept?
I might actually want on earlier then the fence, but we'll see. Maybe when you get your 1/2 day we can all go to the pet store and buy the dog. Just an idea...

Hey Kellee! I'm so excited for you guys to get a dog!! How exciting! I did, though, want to offer a little advice...if you can, don't buy from a pet store! Its always SO much better to buy from a person! Pet store puppies are usually puppy mill puppies. Try looking at newsok.com or puppyfind.com for a puppy! You can find awesome ones there! I hope that helps you!
See? I'm not the only one against pet store puppies!
Randi - I'm not okay with puppy mills, but going and looking at dogs is a great way to see what kind we want.

yay for dogs!! Another suggestion would be to ask the Choate family :) lol but seriously, that's where we got Apollo (our aussie). My parents have gotten their two westies from a rescue place too. What an exciting time! (Oh, and good luck with that poop-pickup agreement lasting) lol
You're getting a dog?! Why not have another baby? Mom is grandbaby hungry and you're the only one that can deliver. I hear Clover is a great name...;)
