I knew today would be on the colder wide of 50. I have been planning on staying home, but for some reason all I want to do is go out and spend $$$$ that let's be honest we don't have, but then again how many people our age really do? (LeBron James doesn't count. Oh you didn't know he & J are the same age?)
So I decided to take a bath
TC decided he needed to join me so it wasn't as meditative.
After our bath we had a mid-morning snack of
Edemame & Perrier while we watched some Backyardigans.
J works late tonight, which gets me thinking.....
what will I do to help pass the time between after nap & bed?
Books?
Coloring?
Trucks?
a Walk?
Most likely all of the above.
Must resist urge to go to Target

hmm...I have neither watched or eaten/drank said items. Looks interesting/delicious.
Why does this all sound to familiar...little money...husband busy at night...watching kid shows, walks, etc? Not that we are the same age :), but I think this is quite common for our age-ish group. It takes some getting used to and some creativity but I think looking back, these will be some of the "good old days" :). I mean who really is cooler to hang out with than little Trae?
Beau saw the pic of The Backyardigans and got really excited! Then got mad when he realized we weren't watching it;) I know that it has been up for a while, but I just love your header photo of Trae. I smile/giggle every time I see. It's so darn cute!
