1 TB veg oil 4 chicken breasts/tenderloins cut into cubes 4 tsp chile powder 2 tsp cumin- I LOVE cumin! 1 can cream o chicken 3/4c water 1 can corn 2 cans of kidney beans...sometimes I use one can of kidney and one can of pinto. I like to switch it up!
Heat oil and cook chicken chunks with chile powder, cumin and I like to add a couple shakes of onion powder. Cook til chicken is white and cooked through. Dump the rest of the crap in there and wait til it's boilin'!!!!!!
