5 days 5 meals: day THREE


Day 3: Breakfast Burritos (in honor of our number3 TC)
1 Tbs. butter (or bacon grease! YUM)
4 eggs (scramble them up!)
1/8 cp. Salsa
Dashes of Salt & Pepper
3 Tbs. Milk
1/2 baked Potato (diced, please)
4-6 Flour tortillas
1/4 cp. Shredded Cheese

Melt butter in large skillet. While the butter is melting mix eggs, milk and the S&P in a bowl.

Once the butter is melted saute the potatoes. 

Once cooked to crispy and soft add the eggs. 

When the eggs are half way there add the Salsa!

Heat your tortillas and sprinkle the cheese on there BEFORE you add the eggs.

Roll up like a burrito and enjoy! I love to have these with a fruit smoothie!!!
