Day 2: tater-tot casserole
1 bag frozen Tater-Tots
1 cp. Milk
1 cp. Sour Cream
½ an Onion Chopped (we like onions, so you can do a ¼ of you like)
½ cp. Frozen Corn
3 Celery stalks chopped
¼ cp. Frozen Peas (I don’t like them so you can add more)
½ tsp. Season Salt
½-1 cp. Shredded Cheese
Preheat oven to 375*
Mix everything BUT cheese in a BIG Ole bowl. Pour into a greased 9x13 casserole dish and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake about 30-45 minutes. I like to let the cheese get really bubbly.
Serve alongside a fresh salad! Did you notice this is meatless?

If you wanted to add meat, ham sounds like a good option!
