What's for dinner?

Is it just me that when I am pregnant I crave anything I don't have to cook? Hopefully there are others out there.
But lucky for me when I am pregnant I crave MEAT! I'm not a huge meat eater, but when I am gestating all I want is whatever came from an animal and is on the grill.
It's gotta be a having a boy thing.
But I want like specific things that if I actually made would cost TONS of $$$ and I would gain about a TON.

I would still like to share what I crave (because it's like in meals) and I am ALWAYS on the look out for good meal ideas.
  • Grilled Pork Chops, with loaded Baked Potatoes and a Cesar Salad
  • Meat and Veggie Kabobs with Tortellini pesto salad. And fresh peaches and blackberries for dessert
  • POT ROAST DINNER (enough said)
  • Beef burgers (not turkey like I usually LOVE), but BEEF. With the works!!! Oh and potato chips (so not me) with a sour cream based dip. Oh or corn chips with bean dip, from the can!
  • Steak AND Chicken AND Shrimp Fajitas with sour cream AND guacamole
  • Fried Chicken, with (made from scratch) Mashed Potatoes and gravy, and corn with sauteed zucchini (YUM)
  • Club sandwich's with all the veggies and Ranch dressing/honey mustard. SO GOOD!!!
  • STEAK with a loaded baked potato and garden salad
  • Sweet and Sour Chicken with white rice thank you, I am pregnant, dontcha know.
  • A Lasagna (I mean I could eat about a whole thing on my own. Yeah I'm sad) and Garden Salad with beets
  • Salmon with rice and steamed veggies!!!! Or Grilled Veggies!!!!  with beets
  • Honey Mustard Chicken with mushrooms served on a bed of rice and steamed (or grilled) veggies
  • Olive Garden Soup (any of them!!!!)
  • Thanksgiving dinner, especially the green bean casserole (yes Kristen it's because of you! I can't get it out of my head).
  • Cube Steak baked in mushroom soup (be sure you have a cover for the dish and use enough soup to cover the meat. Oh and add about 1/2 cup of milk and S&P to taste), with mash potatoes and green beans (sauteed) and corn and steamed carrots. SOOO GOOD!!!!!!
  • BBQ grilled Chicken and Tater Tot Casserole, with grilled asparagus! ice cream and blue berries for dessert.
  • Shrimp and the sauce it goes with. Just that. I could eat a whole ring on my own. J could too! Okay I would also eat a Spinach, Mushroom, and cheese Quiche! That sounds good! Apps and dinner
Well I hope my cravings gave you some dinner ideas. Looks like I need to go over my grocery budget to see what I can make in the coming weeks. I think it'll taste good!

xo,
kellee

p.s. Chicken Pineapple Pizza
1 can of Chicken (drained)
2 tp. minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Mix it all together and keep in the fridge until you are ready to put on the pizza.
Add Chicken and Pineapple tidbits as toppings. I would even add some freshly sliced tomatoes if you like tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Bake up the way you like!

If you added red onion and sub half your pizza sauce for bbq sauce you will have the famous Craigos (or now Pizza Pie Cafe) BBQ Chicken Pizza. SO YUMMY!!!!!
